We take calls during business hours and offer an emergency line after hours so you can avoid disrupting your day.
§ Dispatching the call: We have a skilled in-house maintenance team ready to take the call. In the event that a contractor is needed, we have relationships with many vendors across the Charlotte area who will work diligently to complete the work in an efficient manner.
§ Deciding the best course of action: We work with maintenance and vendors to diagnose the issue. In cases where we obtain multiple quotes we will work with you to find the best course of action.
§ Billing: Bills! We’ll take the invoices, you can go out for coffee. We can route the bills to us and pay the invoices on your behalf from your escrow account.
